Southern California-born. Six years into building a life — and a business — in Las Vegas. Here to help you make the same move with confidence.
Six years ago, I made the exact move a lot of my clients are considering right now: I packed up a lifetime in Southern California — San Diego County, Orange County, Los Angeles — and relocated to Las Vegas.
It wasn’t a five-year plan. It was a fast decision made during a strange, uncertain time, and I felt every bit of the stress and second-guessing that can come with an out-of-state move. That experience shaped the way I approach real estate today.
There’s a version of Las Vegas that most visitors never see: quiet cul-de-sacs in Summerlin, established communities in Henderson, desert views that feel worlds away from the Strip, and neighborhoods evolving throughout the valley. I’ve spent the last several years getting to know this city as both a resident and a REALTOR®, and I love helping other Californians — and anyone relocating from out of state — discover what life here can look like.
But my approach to real estate goes beyond finding the right property or negotiating the right price.
I bring a trauma-informed perspective to my work and am also certified to teach yoga, experiences that have deeply influenced the way I communicate, listen, and support people through major transitions. I understand that buying or selling a home can be exciting, but it can also be stressful, emotional, and sometimes genuinely activating.
A real estate transaction may happen alongside a divorce, death in the family, probate sale, foreclosure, short sale, financial change, relocation, or another major life transition. In those moments especially, I believe clients deserve an agent who can remain calm, communicate clearly, respect boundaries, and never add unnecessary pressure to an already difficult situation.
Advocacy is also something I take seriously. When I represent you, my responsibility is to protect your interests, respect your confidentiality, explain your options, and give you the information you need to make decisions that feel right for you.
My style is never pushy. I’m not here to convince you to buy a house you don’t love, sell before you’re ready, or make a decision simply because it moves a transaction forward. My job is to understand what you need, advocate for it, and help you navigate the process with as much clarity and confidence as possible.
Whether you’re relocating like I did, purchasing your first home, moving into your next chapter, navigating a complicated property sale, or selling a home you’ve loved for years, I bring the same approach to every client: clear communication, thoughtful strategy, genuine advocacy, and zero pressure.
I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Las Vegas Valley, from first-time homebuyers to luxury relocations, and I’m proud to be part of the Lux-Urias Group at Simply Vegas.
I hold the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification through the National Association of REALTORS®, additional training focused specifically on property valuation and pricing strategy.
In practice, that means I rely on comparable-sales data, property characteristics, and current market conditions — not guesswork — to help sellers position their homes competitively and help buyers better understand a property’s value before making an offer.
I’m also trained to help clients understand the appraisal process and navigate conversations around differences between an appraised value and a contract price. My goal is always the same: to make sure pricing decisions are grounded in data, strategy, and clear communication.
Real estate can involve some of the biggest financial and personal decisions we make. You deserve someone in your corner who understands both. What I Do
